New Account Creation for Public Users

A public user account is for the general public to search records. However, you do not need an account to perform a basic permit or project search.

A "Registered User - AEC" log-in and password are required to apply and pay fees for planning projects, building permits, and to schedule inspections. Please contact the planning department at planning@delmar.ca.us to be set up in the system. Provide your name, company name, address, phone number, and email address.

For special event permits, please contact the Community Services Department before applying online at cs@delmar.ca.us.
